It is so easy to convert these portable structures to please everyone. Floors can
be added, heat is no problem nor is ventilation, they make excellent workshops, storage units, in fact if you are renting
a storage unit you would be paying more in rental fees that a portable shelter cost, why rent when it's cheaper to buy. They
are great for weddings, outdoor parties, and so much more it would take me forever to list.
I lived inside one in an RV for 4 years in NH and ME and was extremely comfortable.
It paid for itself and then some, by avoiding rent payments. I use it for storage of collectibles now, and there seems
to be no end to how much it can hold.
I just can't brag about these shelters enough, if you don't own one, you are throwing
money away.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
NOTE: The trucking company's driver is only responsible for moving the item to the end of the
truck. It is the customer's responsibility from that point on to move the unit from the truck to the final location.
We recommend having able persons available for this task and to clear a path to final location.
RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES
We must be notified if an order is being shipped to a residential neighborhood. The trucking
company wil call the customer in advance to make a delivery appointment. Someone MUST be home to accept delivery and
sign a receipt. Products needing to be re-delivered will each incur an additional, minimum charge of $65.00 and must
be paid by credit card before product will be rescheduled for delivery. If the product comes back to the warehouse,
full freight charges will need to be paid before re-delivery. Please be aware of these requirements when placing
your order!
LOSS/DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Please inspect every shipment before signing your delivery receipt. Signed delivery receipts
are proof hat your shipment has arrived "Complete and Without Damage". All claims for loss or damages must be filed
directly with the carrier by the customer. Buyitnowhere or ShelterLogic shall NOT be responsible for damages
to and or losses of products during shipment. The customer accepts ownership and all risk of loss upon
pick-up of product by carrier. All claims for loss or damages must be filed directly with the carrier by the customer!
RETURNS
All returns must be pre-authorized by the corporate office, and assigned a return authorization number
(RA#) before shipping back to the warehouse. ALL RETURND PRODUCTS MUST BE SHIPPED AT YOUR EXPENSE. A restocking
fee of 20% will be charged on all returned merchandise unless merchandise is deemed defective. Any product held over
30 days is NON-REFUNDABLE.
WARRANTY
One Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty. This Warranty covers manufacturing defects, under
normal and reasonable use. This Warranty does not apply to defects discovered after purchase which were caused by damage.
